Your Role:

As Director of Sales you will be responsible for leading client acquisition efforts building and mentoring a sales team and contributing directly to the growth strategy of the firm. You will act as the face of BestLogic Staffing to prospective clients and key decision-makers ensuring we continue to expand our presence in target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive new business and grow existing accounts

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set sales targets forecasts and KPI metrics

  • Lead mentor and grow a team of sales professionals and account managers

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and target high-value client opportunities through research outreach and networking

  • Initiate strategic conversations with C-level executives and HR decision-makers

  • Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our staffing capabilities and value proposition

  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Business Development

  • Utilize advanced prospecting techniques (email campaigns cold calling social selling)

  • Expand our client database through referrals outbound outreach and market research

  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new verticals and service opportunities

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruiting marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across business goals

  • Represent sales leadership in internal meetings providing insights and recommendations for continued growth

Who Were Looking For:

  • A results-driven sales leader with a strong background in staffing or B2B professional services

  • A builder mentality eager to scale teams systems and client accounts

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder

  • Strong strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced competitive environments

  • Someone who values both performance and team culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field

  • 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role in staffing or recruiting

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM systems

  • Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills

  • High level of comfort working with executive stakeholders and clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales technologies
