As Director of Sales you will be responsible for leading client acquisition efforts building and mentoring a sales team and contributing directly to the growth strategy of the firm. You will act as the face of BestLogic Staffing to prospective clients and key decision-makers ensuring we continue to expand our presence in target markets.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive new business and grow existing accounts
Collaborate with executive leadership to set sales targets forecasts and KPI metrics
Lead mentor and grow a team of sales professionals and account managers
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and target high-value client opportunities through research outreach and networking
Initiate strategic conversations with C-level executives and HR decision-makers
Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight our staffing capabilities and value proposition
Build long-term trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Business Development
Utilize advanced prospecting techniques (email campaigns cold calling social selling)
Expand our client database through referrals outbound outreach and market research
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new verticals and service opportunities
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with recruiting marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across business goals
Represent sales leadership in internal meetings providing insights and recommendations for continued growth
A results-driven sales leader with a strong background in staffing or B2B professional services
A builder mentality eager to scale teams systems and client accounts
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Strong strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced competitive environments
Someone who values both performance and team culture
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role in staffing or recruiting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM systems
Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills
High level of comfort working with executive stakeholders and clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales technologies
