We are inviting applications for the role of Tactical Buyer Domaine Trainee -Norwegian Hybrid Bucharest!
You should have a goodnegotiating level to do the job right and experienced in contract creation. We like customer management skills as well as a keen eye for details andproblem solvingattitude.
Responsibilities:
Manages process improvement projects and global alignment. Clarifies the in scope activities with the client and the TB and E-sourcing team
Coordinate the team in order to reach Value Share target check performance daily/weekly
Upskill NJ and existing members in order to better perform
Is responsible to negotiate the orders as per the procedure and for the projects to build/update the catalogues contracts price lists
Is responsible for reporting activities (regular or on the spot)
Participates at phone conferences / meetings with the client (regular or on the spot)
Handles complicate cases that cannot follow the standard procedure (due to various reasons)
Provide support in identifying potential sourcing projects
Coordinate upcoming/ongoing sourcing projects together with the tactical team
Provide guidelines on the meaningful approach including but not limited to spend analysis partner communication and engagement gathering of required RFx documentation (Scope of Work etc.) adherence to timelines organization of Competitive Bidding E-Sourcing supplier communication negotiation selection contracting PR documentation
Provide knowledge support in the execution of the meaningful steps in handling sourcing projects
Regularly follow up on project execution pursuing any potential challenges/issues
Runs regularly the status of volumes and metrics
Reports to the direct manager eventual process deviation or process/ system problems
In connection with the customer Commodity Management we need you to do
Actively participate in regular and/or ad-hoc calls/working sessions/workshops to identify and prioritize saving opportunities and project pipeline ensure sourcing strategy alignment and present team project status on ongoing items
Assist commodity managers with information requirements use team language capabilities and cascade to tactical team any action required in the execution of projects
Demonstrate partner relationship and communication
Independent sourcing project identification coordination and execution on multiple commodities
Development of execution plan and definition of achievements adherence to established timelines
Involvement and coordination of team resources whenever applicable
Supervising and ensuring successful project finalization
Savings reporting delivery and pipeline tracking
Ensure delivery of the team annual savings target
Maintain accuracy of team savings reporting
Conduct Interviews
Ensure timely reporting and approval of saving projects delivered by the team
Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting of commodity project pipeline in savings reporting tool
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are work from the office days in Pipera
Minimum qualifications
Experience in negotiating and contract creation
Proficient in English and Norwegian
Supply Chain and/or purchasing background
Excellent communication and influential skills
Preferred qualifications
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools
Commodity domain expertise
Experience with ERP systems and E-Sourcing tools (Ariba) SAP
Project management skills and end-to-end process understanding
Previous experience in a multinational company
Proficient in Excel usage
