About the role:
This is an exciting time to join us as a Manager in the Firm and Personal Independence team where you will have a critical role to play as we build and shape new processes and foster innovation to support our Partners and staff in maintaining their compliance with independence regulatory requirements.
In your first 12 months you can expect to be responding to a wide variety of Partner and staff consultations and have a key role supporting new projects working with our team spread across London regional offices and offshore delivery centres.
Longer term as you gain experience with us you should expect to get increasingly involved in the full range of processes for which the team is responsible such as overseeing compliance testing supporting new joiners and new promotes handling dispensations and developing and delivering training support as well as more targeted initiatives to address hot topics.
