Job Title: SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER Block Management
Location: Bognor Regis PO21
Salary: 40k per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Were recruiting on behalf of a respected property services provider for a Block Property Manager to join their team based in the Bognor Regis area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in residential block or estate management who is confident managing buildings coordinating maintenance and liaising with landlords and tenants.
The role offers a dynamic client-facing position where your communication and organisational skills will be essential to ensuring excellent service delivery across a portfolio of residential properties.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the day-to-day operations of residential blocks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property management regulations
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain property standards
- Supporting tenant retention through effective communication and service
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in block or estate management preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi experience a plus)
- Team player with a proactive and service-led attitude
