Job Description
Experienced female rehabilitation support worker required for a 51-year-old lady who has an acquired brain injury living in her own home in the Stourbridge area.
It is essential that you share some of our clients interests in nature yoga crystals meditation mindfulness ballet and arts and crafts.
You will be supporting her with her care and support needs in her home and taking her out in the community. This post is a mixture of 2-1 care and 1-1 care and you need to be flexible to cover days and night shifts. The shift pattern is 7am-7pm and 7pm -7am with some half day shifts as required to meet the clients needs.

Working Hours:
We have three positions available for this vacancy:
18 hours per week
24 hours per week (maternity cover)
Bank
Rates of Pay:
Weekdays: 15.00 per hour
Weekends: 16.00 per hour
After completion of successful probation period:
Weekdays: 16.00 per hour
Weekends: 18.00 per hour
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential. We will consider your application If you are new to care have a caring nature but lack experience and are looking to change to a career in care. We will provide full training along with a supportive and friendly welcoming team.
