In this role you will lead the transition of new products into production including prototype builds operator training and developing clear work instructions. Youll work closely with manufacturing technology such as automated cells tooling and industrial equipment to support both new product launches and continuous improvement of existing lines.
This position requires strong mechanical aptitude problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret GD&T drawings.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing
Hands-on with mechanical processes and problem solving
Ability to interpret GD&T drawings
Proficiency with SolidWorks
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
