You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe University Recruitment Advisor is responsible for building and growing ATIs university talent pipeline to set a strong foundation for sustainable growth for the company. This position implements strategies to identify attract and hire high quality diverse clinicians from universities that both support local talent needs as well as those that can supply strategic markets across ATIs clinical service footprint.
This position has a travel requirement of up to 50% to events and recruitment efforts.
We are seeking candidates with primary residence in AZ CA CO NV OR SC TX or WA.
Minimum Experience Required:
2 years of University/Campus recruitment and/or sourcing
1 years of working in an ATS
Licenses and Certifications Required:
PT PTA OT or ATC
Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred:
Human Resources Marketing or Healthcare related field

Ability to prioritize changing workloads
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
