Independent Risk Management Development Program Associate
By joining PNCs Independent Risk Management (IRM) Development Program you are joining a part of a highly competitive 12-month program that will allow you to explore your potential through hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to begin exploring your career goals in addition to growing your skills in key areas. The goal of PNCs IRM Development Program is to develop associates to be able to assess and identify risks that could impede the strategy reputation operations or financial success of the organization.
During this 12-month rotational program associates work with risk management professionals to maintain PNCs emphasis on effective risk management while adhering to the enterprise risk appetite. Associates will engage in a collaborative environment gaining hands-on experience with the key components of PNCs risk framework. Your involvement will include activities such as data analysis and metrics policy and procedures development research communications reporting and participation in meetings with key regulatory stakeholders.
The program contains four rotations including an Enterprise Risk or an Operational Risk rotation as well as having an opportunity to rotate through any of the areas below. This will provide exposure to different areas within IRM and across PNC.

Your position in the IRM Development Program is based in Pittsburgh PA. You will be expected to work in this market during the rotation portion of the program and be in the office a minimum of three days per week. Learn more about PNCs Development Programs by visiting Profile:
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. Risk Management Cybersecurity Data Analytics Business Law Information Technology Operational Management Statistics Finance Accounting) Minimum GPA 3.2.
Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
