Veterinary Client Service Representative Cheyenne West Animal Hospital(Las Vegas NV)
Shift/Schedule: Full-Time four 10 hour shifts
Cheyenne West Animal Hospital a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

- Experience in veterinary client service

The Client Service Representative is a part of our Client Service Team. We value collaboration a supportive environment dedication and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We enjoy working together and want to help each other be the best we can be! This is a full-time position. Schedule flexibility is required.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
- Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls
- Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge
- Provide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients.
- Records management
- Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information.
- Process payment transactions
- Assist with client education
- Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members
- Work closely with team members to build comradery cooperation and respect
Aboutthe Hospital
At Cheyenne West Animal Hospital we provide primary care for dogs and cats and boarding services. We also offer same day appointments and or walk-ins for urgent care.
We are open:Monday Friday 8:00am 6:00pm Saturday 8:00am 4:00pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience withahourly pay rate starting at$18/hour. Theactualrate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
