Moran Assistant Superintendent for Human ResourcesSUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT VACANCYAccording to the terms of the contract the following secretarial position is being Information and School Registration Center Central Administration12 MONTHS SCHEDULE 5DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: in the general office routines and procedures including answering/directing telephone weekly payroll sheets for office and itinerant staff ordering office supplies and materials. Maintain inventory of office and link all incoming students through Online Registrations (OLR) for enrollment in families with registrations who need multilingual support and offer school level language support upon other related duties as assigned by the Director or her designee.
