Job Description:
- The jobholder will be responsible for establishing and development the proper processes and procedures regarding ADS Compliance in Logistics Operations.
- The jobholder will be responsible for managing any kind of discrepancies and providing a quick resolution within the Logistic and Transport Suppliers and ADS Logistic teams for AOG shipments.
- The jobholder will coordinate the standardization (as much as possible) of the compliance logistics processes in the different satellite WHs monitoring the activities (internally or externally) giving support to the local teams and participating in the decision of the compliance model implemented in each one.
- The jobholder will acts as the main focal point of the ADS CS TASMO1 for all Compliance matters attending all the internal stakeholders providing information channeling complaints and requests to the entity or staff accountable and supporting special requests of stakeholders when required.
- The jobholder will work in close collaboration with the AOG Order Desk considering this entity as the responsible of relationship with end customers and supporting the Order Desk response to direct customers inquiries (when required by the Order Desk).
- The jobholder will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the quality of the service provided by the third party customs operator within the frame of the global contract by following KPIs accomplishment and assuring the implementation of improvements to correct deviations and increase the efficiency.
- Involved in 7 different ADS Platforms: A400M C-295 CN-235 C-212 MRTT P3 and EF.

- > 200.000 logistics movements / year
- Direct contribution to the Customer Services Materials Incomes and Profits

- Guarantee compliance regarding Customs Ops in all the logistics processes including both central and local warehouses.
- Ensure Export Control process in all the logistics operations according to instructions issued by the centre of competence.
- Secure capacity in warehouse for inbound and dispatch and find best transport solution to minimize lead times without an impact on the committed costs.
- Hold meetings with different stakeholders in order ensure proper operation and identify possible gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the definition of any development or automatization of the compliance processes and secure the implementation.
- Ensure traceability of Customs documents to avoid extra payment of duties.
- Continuous review of accumulated inaccuracies between Logistics and Customs IT systems.
- Weekly analysis of volumes and KPIs identifying deviations trends and impact of corrective or improvement actions taken for the AOG shipments.
- Updated logistics procedures according to compliance requirements.
- High level plan of audits in order to ensure compliance in all the processes reporting associated risks and providing evaluation and contingency actions if required.
- Specific deliverables for the improvement projects and initiatives led or participated by the job holder.
