Job Description:

As Field Sales Manager BeLux youll take the lead of our Field Sales organization in Belgium and Luxembourg. Youll manage a team of 5 Sales Representatives across different regions in Belgium translating strategy into action and coaching your team to deliver commercial excellence in every store.

Together youll grow the visibility availability and recommendation of our products helping us reach more pets with our tailored nutrition through our trusted retail partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field energizing and supporting teams and building strong partnerships. Youll work closely with the Key Account team and Marketing to execute national strategies locally and bring back market insights that drive smart decisions. You will report to the Pet Specialty Retail Director BeNeLux.

What are we looking for

  • A commercial mindset with experience in Field Sales or Key Account Management.
  • People leadership experience is a strong plus or a clear ambition and capability to grow into it.
  • A growth-driven personality eager to develop yourself and others.
  • A natural coach and team player who can energize and empower others.
  • You are comfortable doing business and holding professional conversations in Dutch French and English both with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium and sometimes to Veghel (Royal Canin Office in The Netherlands)

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 5 Sales Reps developing skills create a growth mindset in a high-performance culture.
  • Grow our footprint in pet specialty retail through commercial initiatives and excellence in execution.
  • Translate strategy into results from improving recommendation in store to elevating store image through our Perfect Store Program.
  • Manage the regional budget and deliver on volume distribution and visibility targets.
  • Be the voice of the field ensuring collaboration across functions and continuous improvement.
