Job Description
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Job Title: Security Officer
- Environment: Mall / Retail Outlets
- Location: Saugus MA
- Pay: $16.73/hour
- Requirements: Must possess valid drivers license
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
- Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
- Heavy foot traffic location looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees / customers
- Interior Patrols on foot to inspect building and grounds.
- Exterior Patrols in company vehicle.
- High level of observation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers clients and management.
- Observe report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
- Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable means of communication and transportation

- Ability to effectively speak read and write English
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
