Now were looking for a Sales Team Lead whos ready to coach drive performance and help scale our next phase of growth.
As Sales Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of account executives and business development reps. You will manage day-to-day performance support client acquisition efforts and drive team goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can sell coach and motivate while building a strong team culture focused on results and growth.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead mentor and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching on prospecting pipeline development and client management
Monitor activity metrics conduct regular 1:1s and run team huddles and performance reviews
Sales Execution
Actively participate in new business generation through outreach calls and meetings
Support team members with complex client deals and presentations
Assist with setting pricing strategies contract negotiation and closing new business
Pipeline & Reporting
Track and report on pipeline metrics forecast accuracy and team performance
Ensure team adherence to CRM usage sales processes and follow-up standards
Collaborate with leadership on campaign effectiveness feedback and market trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with recruiting marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Identify process improvements and contribute to internal sales training content
Natural leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
High performer who leads by example in sales execution
Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of consultative sales and the staffing/recruiting industry
Organized and metrics-driven with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Bachelors degree in business sales marketing or related field
3-5 years of sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Strong presentation negotiation and closing skills
