Veterinary Receptionist (ezyVet Experience Required)
Prosper TX Full-Time $14$16/hr Brand New 24/7 ER & Specialty Hospital
Were hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at a brand-new independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital opening in Prosper TX (Dallas suburb) in July/August 2025!
Youll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients setting the tone for their experience in our state-of-the-art facility.
What Youll Do

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones schedule appointments and manage calendars
-
Check in/out clients and handle payments/invoices
-
Maintain accurate patient records using ezyVet
-
Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support teams
-
Keep the front desk organized clean and efficient
-
Support other admin duties as needed
Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice
-
Proficiency in ezyVet (required)

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Friendly calm and professional under pressure

Organized and tech-savvy with strong communication skills
