You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNCQA is hiring a Product Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing NCQAs digital quality solutions (e.g. Digital Content and Data Quality) by bridging strategic product vision with real-world market needs ensuring that NCQAs digital quality solutions are aligned with evolving customer demands and industry trends. This role supports the leads in their cross-functional collaboration to uncover unmet needs in the market translate them into actionable product and engagement strategies and drive adoption through compelling value propositions. It combines deep product and technical fluency with a customer-centric mindset to support product innovation sales enablement product adoption and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
Synthesizing market intelligence customer feedback and competitive insights into strategic recommendations that inform product roadmaps go-to-market plans and market development.
Serve as a key external representative of NCQAs digital capabilities.
Support Sales by engaging with stakeholders through demos presentations and thought leadership to build awareness and trust in NCQAs solutions. This support requires strong technical and practical knowledge of healthcare data FHIR and CQL to guide customer success by helping clients navigate technical needs data challenges and solution design with their teams.
