Senior Project Manager
Position is located at at 801 Kingsley St S Winsted MN 55395.
Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.
30% to 50% international and domestic travel required.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
As a Senior Project Manager you will:
Responsible for large-sized projects with a high financial risk and impact/complexity. Responsible for all aspects of a project for the duration of the project including scope definition. Integrate different activities to deliver the overall project scope and objectives. Develop communicate and manage project scope objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders requirements. Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown structure. Develop execute manage and communicate the project plan. Define communicate and manage the project budget. Define plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements by employing necessary processes methods and tools. Create and lead project organization based on project deliverables and define roles responsibilities and objectives. Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders needs. Develop and implement a risk management plan. Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure that the supplier selection and management fulfil project objectives. Lead and manage complex projects for the engineering production installation and commissioning of Tetra Pak equipment for food production (dairy juices cheese ice cream etc.) at our customer sites in the U.S. Assign tasks to review and approve the work of guide and direct team members. Responsible for setting prices for the project during the pre-project phase approving project budgets establishing the project teams from members of different departments developing standards for project implementation for our customers.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Chemical or Systems Engineering Food Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in project management.
Must also have work experience in:
1. Executing complex cheese evaporation and drying projects;
2. Securing project deliverables according to project agreement/contract;
3. Breaking down and planning projects into phases and fulfill the plan by meeting project milestones in time and in full according to budget;
4. Managing scope changes and issue variation orders;
5. Securing project communication and documentation according to project communication plan;
6. Providing lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools;
7. Managing a project team and providing feedback to Senior Management on team member performance; and
8. Presenting to project boards and providing clear and concise project status updates.
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Paks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime annual performance bonus competitive benefits and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $102835.00 to $165835.00.
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
