You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin Texas. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking a talented individual for Proof of Insurance Supervisor to join our team at Marsh. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators and responsible for supporting strategic growth and change of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills industry knowledge and a proven ability to drive process improvements to support our clients and internal stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
Ensure all certificate issuance processes comply with industry regulations company policies and client preferences maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
Stay informed on relevant insurance and compliance standards to mitigate risks.
Oversee the accurate and timely issuance of certificates ensuring quality control and adherence to standards.
Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with business and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Ensure team members adhere to professional standards operational policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing feedback coaching and development opportunities to foster a motivated and engaged team.
Manage resource planning to maintain adequate staffing levels and monitor daily workflows and team productivity.
Oversee escalations and inquiries ensuring timely resolution and continuously evaluate workflows to enhance efficiency while maintaining high standards.
What you need to have:
3 years of experience in insurance operations in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of insurance policies certificates of insurance and industry regulations
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency MS Office
