Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment on-boarding and employee relations
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for technicians service staff and office personnel
  • Partner with management to foster a high-performance culture
  • Handle benefits administration and employee records
  • Support health & safety programs specific to an automotive environment

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of HR experience preferably in the automotive sectors
  • Dealer Track and/or Isolved experience helpful
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
