Job Description
The Sports Information student employee reports directly to the Sport Information Director and provides assistance in all aspects of the department. The student position works closely with department staff to promote all 20 sports through social and news media outlets as well as assists with the management of the Texas Wesleyan Game Day experience. Federal Work-Study Awarded students preferred.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Electronic filing data entry and organizing office materials and equipment News writing. Assist with post-game recaps pre-game stories and feature stories for all 20 of Texas Wesleyan Athletics programs. Helps with the set-up in-game and post-game duties as assigned. Assist with the management of all Texas Wesleyan Athletics social media accounts on a daily basis.
