Your Role: Strategic HR Partner & Culture Champion
As anHR Business Partner youll be at the heart of our people strategydriving transformation empowering leaders and shaping a high-performance culture. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent initiatives with business goals and help us grow smarter stronger and more sustainably.
What Youll Do
- Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning talent development and organizational effectiveness
- Lead employee engagement performance management and change initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations compliance and HR best practices
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion across all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver seamless people-first solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree 7 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing or large-scale environments preferred)
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR strategy
- Strong analytical communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Spanish fluency is a plus
