The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to take on the role as our next Senior Business Analyst.This is a senior professional level job that is a key contributor in applying advanced knowledge of a wide-range of court business and technology principles concepts and practices through extensive experience and skills in applying this knowledge to complex projects. This position also works independently on all levels of an assignment and provides mentoring training and guidance to other business analysts on how to perform the functions as a business analysts. Coordinates and oversee the work of other business analysis staff as it relates to a specific project.
Reporting to the Associate Director within the Court Services Division (CSD) this senior-level business analysis professional coordinates business analysis activities for court business and technology needs for the court and the AOC. This position also provides a comprehensive and advanced understanding of the court business perspective and customer experience to identify and develop solutions for business needs. This senior-level business analyst will be viewed as an expert on the process and best practices for conducting requirement practices at the AOC.
