Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Financial Analyst will assist with the creation of monthly quarterly and annual reports along with various ad hoc analyses / tasks as assigned. Over time this position will actively participate in the monthly forecast and annual planning / budgeting cycles. This role is hybrid in office Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.
How Youll Shine:
Maintain and create standard / ad hoc reports on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Perform financial statement research analysis and identifying significant trends to assist with forecasting and management decisions.
Active member in the forecasting / budgeting process to achieve departmental division and enterprise goals.
Additional duties as assigned / needed.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
MBA CPA CMA CFM or other professional certification desirable but not required.
Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines.
Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance.
Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated business acumen and judgment.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment work as a business partner and deliver on deadlines.
Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities in an efficient/timely manner including effective delegation.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.)
Experience with Peoplesoft Hyperion and/or Oracle desired but not required.
0-3 years experience in financial planning and analysis in a forward thinking rapidly expanding environment.
Timeshare industry experience desired but not required
Unless there is a legal requirement experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
