In this role you will:

  • Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
  • Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems application software and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
  • Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
  • Determine the impact of changes made to existing hardware software and schedules
  • Audit complex critical systems delivery for business processes
  • Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
  • Exercise some independent judgment to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements while developing understanding of technical process controls or standards
  • Work as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes


Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Systems Engineering Technology Architecture experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education.
  • 4 years of Exchange (2016/2019)/Exchange Online/Outlook administrative experience
  • 2years of Intune/Mobility administrative support (iOS/Android/MDM Intune).
  • 4 years of Microsoft Teams support.
  • Windows/Citrix Xen Server Administration.
  • Endpoint advanced Support Administration.


Required Qualifications for Europe Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Intune Administration/Support (MDP Intune BES support Android/iOS Support MFA)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams (desktop/mobile support troubleshooting with Microsoft complex related Teams related issues to administration of polices)
  • Exchange Administration/Support
  • Azure Support
  • Active Directory Users and Computers
  • ZIX administration/support
  • M365 Application Support
  • Knowledge of using ServiceNow as the Ticket Tracking System.
  • Knowledge Base articles composition/maintenance of documents
  • PowerShell scripting
  • SharePoint Administration support
  • OneDrive Administration support
  • Remote Assistance
  • AZ900 or MS900 Certified.
  • Automation experience and or knowledge of AI.


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Telecommuting is not an option for this position
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule(3 days in the office)
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position
  • Ability to work 40hrs with occasional overtime work
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Working in a L2 Operations support lead role. Fast paced environment where this Operations team has many intake processes and initiatives: (ServiceNow Incidents Tickets ServiceNow Catalog Tasks Change Requests M&A work to Jira intakes). Looking for a positive team member who is very communicative and is very customer service orientated. This team has various team members across the United States and has peers in India and in the Philippines that assist with production support during US times.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$41.83 - $80.77
