Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Chinese OSINT Specialist who wants to develop innovative solutions for our customers. We look to rapidly prototype solutions and deploy the most promising of them. We identify and leverage the latest techniques so that our customers can stay one step ahead. Responsibilities include:
Drive innovation and Intellectual property (IP) around specific analytics models and offerings
Heres what you need:
- Must Possess Mandarin simplified or tradition proficiency equivalent to ILR3 in listening speaking and reading
- Ability to perform as a language specialist at the native level providing accurate reading writing speaking skills as well as provide cultural understanding regarding technological geopolitical economic and social issues.
- Experience with Translation and Transcription for Chinese to English
- Targeting and strategic staffing experience
Bonus points if you have:
- Demonstrative Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- BA/S degree or equivalent military experience
- Extensive experience with SOF (more than 10 years)
- Joint service experience would be a plus
- Ability to Analyze and assess US and foreign technological capabilities and vulnerabilities.
- Ability to obtain research review and analyze intelligence information including intelligence estimates intelligence annexes and threat projections as required
- Experience with utilization of open source and other non-traditional sources of information
- Experience with complex subject matter and authoring intelligence products of varying length/subject
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required
As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:
$94600 - $132700 USD
