We purchase bikes directly from everyday sellers and aim to make the process seamless transparent and highly reliable. Our success is built on meticulous inspections advanced technology and a dedicated team passionate about two-wheelers.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager - Inspection Quality you will play a crucial role in leading our inspection team to maintain the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring exceptional accuracy in inspections by proactively identifying and addressing errors and repeat misses.
Training and mentoring Inspection Engineers developing their skills to become experts in two-wheeler diagnosis.
Implementing effective measures to minimize repeat inspection misses and enhance overall quality.
Ensuring strict adherence to the Inspection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precise execution.
Leading and managing inspection operations and slot adherence to consistently meet and exceed quality and operational targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive technical expertise in two-wheeler inspection and diagnostic processes.
Proven experience in operations management preferably within the automotive or inspection domain.
Exceptional attention to detail strong discipline and commitment to process compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Thrives in fast-paced dynamic work environments and is motivated by challenges.
A proactive hands-on leader willing to engage directly with the team and operations.
Adept at training and guiding teams on two-wheeler diagnostics with the ability to impart knowledge effectively.
Proven experience in leading a team of 20 technicians
