Join Ten10 as a Senior Data Development Analyst (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid / London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months (initial)
Rate: Inside IR35

About the Role
This is a senior-facing data-centric analyst role. Youll play a crucial part in translating business needs into effective data models analysis and documentation acting as the bridge between Data Science Engineering and Actuarial teams.
You wont be expected to write code but you should be confident interpreting it and engaging across technical and non-technical conversations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather refine and document functional and technical data requirements.
- Analyse existing code in Python R and SQL to understand outputs and validate data logic.
- Design logical data models to support data ingestion transformation and delivery.
- Produce clear robust technical documentation including API specs and data flow diagrams.
- Deliver insights using Power BI Tableau Excel and other visualisation tools.
What Youll Bring
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data technologies.
- Strong command of Power BI Tableau Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic programming knowledge in R Python and SQL (for interpreting code not building).
- Experience designing logical data models and drafting technical documentation.
Soft Skills
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Critical thinker with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity.
- Business-aware mindset aligning insights to broader goals.
- Collaborative proactive and solution-oriented.
