You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response is a program that works closely with families and children to help prevent kids from being removed from their homes or placed in out-of-home care. It provides quick intensive and ongoing support especially to families going through tough times like those dealing with issues such as mental health substance use or family violence. The program focuses on helping unborn children young kids aged 05 and adolescents aged 1014 who have had several reports to Child Protection.
As an experienced Practitioner in the FPR team you will work side by side with other support services using proven approaches to keep families strong and safe. You will create personalised plans with each family make sure cultural needs are respected and build on the familys strengths. The goal is to give families the tools knowledge and confidence they need to care for their children and thrive as a unit.
Your strong case management experience will enable you to make a positive impact in this critical role implementing a wrap around evidence informed case management approach.
