Your Future Team:
Reporting to the Head of Product Management you will join a collaborative team focused on developing product propositions that drive growth profitability and a sustainable competitive edge across our HVAC and Fire Protection portfolio. Our team is dedicated to optimising efficiency and delivering products that support long-term business success.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting and deputising for the Head of Product Management by shaping strategy and defining measurable KPIs
- Leading and coordinating the Product Management Team to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key projects
- Managing a diverse product portfolio to drive market share growth profitability and customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with customers and gathering market insights to foster customer-focused innovation
- Collaborating with commercial and finance teams to develop price and position products according to market needs and opportunities
- Overseeing product compliance with regulations and company practices ensuring all product information is accurate and current (CCPI)
- Preparing compelling value propositions and sales collateral and supporting training for commercial teams
- Monitoring team and product performance to ensure activities meet commercial targets and align with ROCKWOOLs high standards
What you bring:
- A proven track record as a Senior Product Manager with experience managing diverse product or service portfolios and leading teams
- Experience in R&D product development or technical environments (experience in Fire-stopping Fire Protection or HVAC is a plus)
- The ability to develop product strategies create roadmaps and deliver projects effectively
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and experience managing budgets
- Outstanding communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in preparing technical content and business collateral with proficiency in PowerPoint
