About the role
Danahers Mitre 10 Heidelberg is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a casual Retail Sales Assistant.
This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members and customers you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid long-term relationships.
Successful candidate will need to be flexible to work during the week and weekend shfts.
What you will be doing;
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders
- Keeping the front-of-store area neat organised and well-stocked
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service
What you will bring;
- Proficient in computer skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Passionate about delivery exceptional customer service
