Description
Job Purpose:
Works with customers to develop innovative solutions to business problems by collecting maintaining and analyzing data and information related to the work of the Customer Experience team. Ensures data integrity and administers relevant reporting software to include data security management. Administers the Customer Survey and Speech Analytics programs.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Requirements:
Certain divisions within BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina require CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) residency that requires employees to have lived in the US for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years. This is a business requirement government contracts not an HR requirement.In the spirit of transparency if we extend an offer and discover during the background check process that you have not been in the US for at least three (3) years you will fail background and the offer will be rescinded.
Location:
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday Friday in a typical office role is on-site at One Century Plaza in Nashville TN. There is the potential for hybrid work once training is complete and performance standards are being met.
What Youll Do:
- Generates the internal and external reports used to analyze productivity and efficiencies of programs or operational processes. Identifies and analyzes trends to support Customer Experience initiatives. May revise existing reports or develop new reports in response to changing strategic initiatives or methodologies.
- Analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics.
- Trains and provides on-going support to employee and manager end users of the complex database programs used to generate analytical data.
- Analyzes future customer experience opportunities and develops new opportunities for measuring engagement and experience.
To Qualify for This Position Youll Need:
Required Education:
- A Bachelors degree in a job-related field OR
- 4 years of job-related experience OR
- An Associates degree AND 2 years of job-related work experience.
- Degree Equivalency not applicable for the Celerian Group Bachelors degree required.
Required Work Experience:
- 4 years of research and analysis experience.
Required Software and Tools:
- Microsoft Office.
We Prefer You to Have:
- Qualtrics experience.
- Power BI experience.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
