Job Description

Job Title: Analyst - Regulatory & Tariffs

Location: Rochester NY; Kirkwood NY.

Work type: On-site

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience ranging from $64538 to $80673.

Job Summary

Assist higher level analysts business managers and legal team with regulatory requirements and caseload from the various State Utility Commissions. Ensure that regulatory calendars and document repositories are current. Coordinate and submit regulatory filings to state utility

commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and submit regulatory filings to state utility commissions including senior management review.

  • Maintain regulatory calendars and document repositories.

  • Coordinate and submit regulatory compliance filings and responses to interrogatories.

  • Monitor activities of state utilities commissions including deliberative sessions and provide updates to management and legal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or minimum of 3-5 years of regulatory legal or government relations work experience.

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and utility industry beneficial.

  • Experience with Livelink beneficial.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with analytical techniques as applied to the regulatory process

  • Strong Microsoft software skills
