Strategic Research & Reporting Leadership:
Conduct independent research and data analysis using ERP systems and external sources
Develop and optimize data models to support student success and institutional reporting
Deliver insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements
Impactful Work in Higher Education:
Generate federal and state regulatory reports including Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Perkins
Provide recommendations based on data trends and predictive analytics
Support survey development and market research initiatives
Collaborative & Technology-Driven Environment:
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to coordinate research efforts
Provide training and technical support for reporting tools and solutions
Ensure data governance compliance and promote data-informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Extract validate and analyze data from ERP and external sources
Present findings in clear visual and written formats
Create recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external audiences
Predictive Analytics & Research
Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends
Support survey development and market research using various platforms
Recommend strategic improvements based on findings
Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with departments to align reporting with institutional goals
Provide training and support for BI tools and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
23 years of experience using BI tools such as SAP Web Intelligence Tableau Power BI Power Pivot or advanced Excel and SQL
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and interpret complex data
Experience querying data warehouses using SQL (preferred)
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods
Excellent oral and written communication skills including data presentation
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
