HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician required to work for a leading residential HVAC company based in Fort Worth TX.
The HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostic repair and maintenance services on residential HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills excellent customer communication and the drive to deliver top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Package & Location:
- $70000 $170000 annually (Uncapped Performance-Based Pay)
- Company vehicle gas card and iPad provided

HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls across Fort Worth
- Document work recommendations and parts usage using ServiceTitan
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain issues and solutions
- Maintain company vehicle tools and parts in clean organized condition
- Participate in ongoing technical training and team meetings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards
HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service software
