Our challenge
We are seeking a talented Solution Architect specialized in Generative AI (GenAI) with extensive experience in Contact Center solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing AI-driven solutions that enhance contact center operations improve customer engagement and optimize workflows.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Phoenix AZ is$135k - $140k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
- Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable secure and efficient solutions to meet business.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
- Good knowledge in Cloud technologies AI/ML.
- Quick and vivid learner understand and learn Amex eco system and process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership.
- Strong organizational problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS office MS project vision and other collaboration tools.
- Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills.
- Experience with Contact center.
