This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and team building particularly within the financial or mortgage space.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic motivator who can drive growth foster a results-driven culture and support the development of both new and existing sales staff.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting onboarding and training mortgage sales representatives
Managing and mentoring the sales team to meet performance targets
Developing sales strategies and monitoring daily activity
Identifying opportunities for team growth and market expansion
Collaborating with company leadership to align sales goals with business objectives
Monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategy as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in mortgage sales or financial services
Prior leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
Strong communication motivational and coaching skills
Goal-oriented organized and able to drive results
Knowledge of mortgage products lending guidelines and compliance is a plus
Additional Info:
Full-time in-person role based in Lakewood NJ
Compensation includes base salary plus commission
