Job Description
A mission-driven organization is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee internal teams and organizational workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing operational performance guiding department heads and ensuring service delivery remains client-centered and aligned with the organizations values.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing internal teams and ensuring effective interdepartmental collaboration
Analyzing current processes and implementing workflow improvements
Driving operational excellence and ensuring performance metrics are met
Supporting team leaders with strategic guidance and mentorship
Ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and families
Ideal Qualifications:
Extensive experience in operations or organizational leadership
Strong familiarity with the special needs service landscape
Excellent leadership management and decision-making skills
Ability to optimize processes and drive efficiency
Effective communicator and team builder
