We have built and continue to develop a delivery orchestration platform that connects shippers to an extensive courier ecosystem to automate optimize and control the entire delivery supply chain from the demand signal to the proof of delivery.
Our OmniPoint SaaS platform uses proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to power efficient same-day delivery programs for major companies like Lowes Pepsi American Tire Distributors and Advance Auto Parts.
As (Senior) Manual QA Engineer you join a team of talented engineers and developers working together to transform final mile logistics and supply chain operations. Your role will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

As (Senior) Manual QA Engineer you join a team of talented engineers and developers working together to transform final mile logistics and supply chain operations. Your role will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Identify document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Perform functional regression exploratory and smoke testing to ensure software stability.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance product quality.
- Validate fixes and perform thorough retesting of resolved issues.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation including test plans test cases and test reports.
- Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work closely with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for software testing.
- 3 years (6 years for senior) of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) testing methodologies tools and processes.
- Experience in functional regression and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA TestRail or similar.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Skills in any modern programming language ( C# preferred) and database (SQL & NoSQL) queries are a plus.
- ISTQB certification as a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English both written and spoken (B2).
