Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Manages the efforts of accounting associates and ensures appropriate focus on the groups strategic and operational objectives for Global Intercompany Accounting
Oversees the compilation analysis and reporting of accounting data in Intercompany
Ensures the accurate compilation analysis and reporting of accounting data and Intercompany revenues & Costs
Participates in / contributes to the development implementation and maintenance of accounting systems procedures and policies.
Manages month-end close activities including assurance of accurate and timely results.
Performs variance analysis to include forecasting prior month and ad-hoc reporting.
Responds to escalated accounting related inquiries and issues.
Recommends and implements accounting and financial reporting processes and policy changes.
Proposes gains approval of and monitors KPIs.
Global Intercompany experience preferable
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years leadership experience
