About the role:
- This is a great opportunity to join a nationally recognised firm in its leading Adelaide Corporate & Commercial practice.
- Youll work on a variety of interesting matters such as: Private M&A including foreign investment and FIRB advice Equity capital markets transactions Corporate governance and board advisory.
- Youll be supported by experienced Partners whove built long-term stable teams and youll work closely with colleagues across other practice areas nationally.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 13 years PQE in corporate M&A ECM or commercial advisory
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
