The Amazon Freight Partner team is looking for a Senior Program Manager Network Health based in Bellevue Atlanta Nashville or Minneapolis.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) Network Health team. This position will work closely with regional operations stakeholders account managers internal teams and customers to manage the end of life cycle for AFPs.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Monitoring key quality metrics and defining and implementing initiatives to drive improvements - Planning directing supervising and managing the execution of all business technical and administrative functions of the assigned program project or sub-task - Identifying and developing strategies to reduce AFP compliance and safety related attrition and promote long term success - Collaborating with Training and Compliance teams to build a supportive culture of Partner growth and development

- 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience - Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
