Position Summary:
We are looking for a personable energetic and passionate Coffee Truck Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Truck Barista you will be responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee on the go ensuring an excellent customer experience and bringing the Buddy Brew ethos to every interaction. This is a part-time position with flexible hours to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages ensuring every cup meets Buddy Brews high standards.
- Provide friendly prompt and professional customer service engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the coffee truck for daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the coffee truck adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory for coffee truck operations.
- Be a positive representative of the Buddy Brew brand embodying our mission to Brew Good. Do Good.
- Flexibility to work different shifts including mornings evenings and weekends based on truck event schedules.
- Ability to drive the coffee truck (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (as this is a mobile position).
- Valid drivers license
- Food Truck Driving experience (preferred but not required for the role).
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about the craft.
