POSITION SUMMARY:

The content and outreach manageroversees the development distribution and strategic efforts of creating content for digital and physical media. The role supports theneeds for websites social media and other marketing channels. This role also supports the outreach to communities/groups establish partnerships to increase the departments visibility to target audiences.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a voice for content in each of the relevant channels (web social media video flyers etc.)
• Ensure content is consistent and provide quality control of voice
• Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
• Manage a team of copy writers and visual designers to produce timely and quality content
• Develops engaging content (copy and visuals) to promote increased engagement in our online communities.
• Manages social media content calendar (paid and organic) incorporating promotions product launches events and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop and own the strategy execution and performance of local growth & community outreach
• Mange an outreach budget to optimize the departments visibility
• Act as a leader in the overall department and contribute to overall vision and strategy
• Partner with other teams to prioritize content creation
• Supervise the content creation via external vendors

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience in content production posting content to websites social media etc.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with Hispanic culture and holidays preferred
• Familiarity of Search Engine Optimization
• Passion for solving problems optimization and creating unique ideas

• This is a hybrid role out of our McAllen TX office
