The iconic Hotel del Coronadois looking for anAssistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at ENO Market & Pizzeria and Sundaes! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion the resort is more stunning than ever.
Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms cottages and villas with 65000 square feet of banquet space and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants 2 bars a food truck marketplace ice cream shop and in-room dining.
In this role you will oversee ENO Market & Pizzeria and Sundaes managing a team of 15-20 and reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations. At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience is required. Strong barista and retail experience and prior union experience are a plus.

What will I be doing
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of the signature restaurant to deliver an excellent guest experience. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
