Process and enter medical documents into the claims management system
Verify and process invoices for payment
Follow up on medical documents to ensure a timely return of information
Maintain records of client interactions such as recording details of discussions comments and information relevant to a claim
Accurate data entry within the claims management system including required information and file notes
Schedule appointments for clients through liaising with providers across Canada
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word Excel Outlook and general computer systems and software
Operating knowledge of fax printer scanner photocopier and other business equipment
Be resourceful and solve problems by identifying suitable approaches and solutions
Demonstrated ability to communicate actively and comfortable in using negotiation dispute resolution and problem-solving techniques
Comfortable working independently and making decisions with confidence
Exceptional customer service skills with a service mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues by presenting a professional and positive attitude
Proven time management prioritization and attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is $per annum. Details of the total compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
