To further our mission we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies within our Engineering function supporting the Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) business.

This position is fully onsite and has the ability to work out of our offices located in El Segundo CA; Everett WA; Seattle WA; Renton WA; Auburn WA; Arlington VA; Huntsville AL; Mesa AZ; Hazelwood MO; Ridley Park PA or North Charleston SC.
In this position you will collaborate with engineering business leaders to create and implement recruitment strategies that drive our business forward. A successful candidate will have strong data analysis skills able to interpret and utilize multiple data sources and effectively communicate relevant information to partners. They will also have exceptional influencing skills and ability to guide decisions.

Position Responsibilities:
Build lead coach and develop a team of exceptional Recruiting Managers and Recruiters
Create and implement strategies to identify attract and hire candidates with active security clearances
Create and maintain trust with internal partners by consistently delivering results against the BDS hiring plan
Leverage data and analytics to drive team strategy and efficiencies
Partner with key collaborators to understand the hiring forecast and execute against the engineering workforce plan
Seek continuous improvement to processes impacting candidate hiring leader and recruiter experiences
Partner closely with global Talent Acquisition Leaders and Executives Total Rewards Human Resources People Analytics Recruitment Advertising and Communications to build the right infrastructure to support our recruiter and management teams
Create a culture of listening speaking up and providing feedback across the team
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of recruiting experience
5 years in a people leadership and management role leading and building high performing team
Experience working in talent acquisition in US and multinational companies
Experience partnering with executives and hiring leaders with an emphasis on service delivery and building a true business partnership
Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including ClearanceJobs LinkedIn and professional networks Boolean searches and other social media tools
Experience solving complex problems designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value into the organization
Experience with successful industry practices key performance indicators and a track record of achieving team hiring goals
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Active US security clearance or ability to obtain one
5 years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment
3 years of experience working within Defense Talent Acquisition
Experience coaching effectively
Experience with Workday
Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced variable environment
Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature Sourcepoint etc.)
