URGENT HIRING: Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Flagstaff AZ (Relocation Assistance Available)
Pay: $67$68 per hour
Schedule: Flexible 7:00 AM3:30 PM or 8:30 AM4:30 PM
(Overtime may be required)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and manage the clinical operations of our long-term care facility in Flagstaff AZ. This leadership role is crucial to ensuring exceptional quality of care compliance with regulatory standards and strong team performance.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned RN with long-term care experience strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to resident-focused care.
What Were Looking For
Active Arizona RN License
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Required Compliance Documents (Must be completed before start)
Updated resume
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current CPR/BLS certification
2-step TB test (recent)
RN license (active and in good standing)
Hepatitis B & COVID-19 vaccine records or signed declinations
