Job Description:The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse activities ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing inventory coordinating shipments and leading a team to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and shipping products.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Lead train and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
