JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer L4
LOCATION: Mascoutah IL
PAY RATE: $83/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Applies broad knowledge of design and engineering principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
-
Leads investigations into complex technical operational and quality issues providing both interim and final engineering solutions.
-
Supports root cause analysis and dispositions for design non-conformances and drives product/process improvements using innovative methods.
-
Conducts root cause analysis and develops dispositions for structural non-conformances.
-
Leads design of interim and final engineering solutions including static strength analysis and structural repairs.
-
Supports Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and design reviews as a subject matter expert.
-
Analyzes reported issues for potential safety implications and manages resolution.
-
Develops customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance.
-
Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards.

Leads onsite repair and accident investigation teams.
-
Designs jacking and shoring schemes for disabled products.
-
Develops and implements NDT procedures tools and technical training materials.
Must Haves:
-
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
-
Bachelors degree or higher in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry.

9 years of related experience (or equivalent: PhD 4 years Masters 7 years). ABET accreditation preferred but not required
-
MRB certification (previously held)
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
