Job Title - Business Subject Matter Expert BSME3 (Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist)

This role is responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic decision-making. This role involves designing and developing interactive dashboards reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify data trends optimize performance and drive business outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing large datasets from external sources
- Support interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or JMP
- Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with government regulations
- Work with stakeholders to interpret and visualize data in an accessible manner
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL Excel and data modeling.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
